Israeli Coffee Chicken

This chicken is just as good cold as it is hot.

1 4lb. chicken, cut up
3/4 cup brewed Café Campesino coffee
1/3 cup ketchup
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons sugar

Preheat oven to 350˚F. Place chicken in a shallow baking dish. Mix liquids and sugar in a small pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5-10 minutes to reduce. Pour over chicken. Bake at 350˚, uncovered, for 1 hour. Baste frequently. Serves 4.
